What is home staging?
Home staging is the process of preparing and styling a property for sale to appeal to the widest range of potential buyers. It helps your property look its best in photos and viewings - often leading to faster sales and higher offers.

How long does the staging process take?
Typically, we can complete a full staging within 7-10 days of the initial consultation, depending on stock availability and access.

Why should I invest in home staging?
Staging helps buyers visualise themselves living in the space, highlights the property's best features, and minimises distractions. It's one of the most cost-effective ways to increase your property's appeal and value.

What happens after the staging period ends?
Once your property sells or the agreed rental period ends, we return to carefully de-stage and remove all furniture and accessories. If you choose to extend the rental period by another 6 weeks, we would require at least 7 days notice.

How much does home staging cost?
Our vacant home staging starts from £2,500 for a 6 week rental. Every project is unique, so we'll provide a tailored quote based on the property's size, style and location.

Do you stage occupied homes?
Our main focus is vacant home staging, but we do offer occupied home styling consultations for clients who are still living in their property and want to maximise appeal using what they already have.

What types of interior design projects do you take on?
We are happy to offer our interior design services for any project, from single-room makeovers, colour consultations, furniture layouts, or helping you create a fresh, cohesive look across your whole home.

What's the average cost of an interior design project?
Our design services typically start from £500, depending on the size and scope of your project. We will always work within your budget and provide transparent pricing before we begin.

Do you offer virtual design or staging services?
We prefer to focus on in-person projects across Gloucestershire and nearby areas to ensure the best results for every space. We also believe that virtual staging proves to be counter-productive, as viewers can be disappointed when the empty space is not as pictured.
